Argentina’s Loma Negra has seen its net revenue decrease 4.5 per cent YoY to ARS10.756bn (US$143m) in the third quarter of 2020, compared with ARS11.26bn in the year-ago period. Loma Negra Cia Industrial Argentina SA said on Tuesday its initial public offering was priced at US$19 per American Depository share (ADS), raising about US$954m (US$40.4m). The US$50.2m ADS offering was priced at the top of the proposed range of US$15 to US$19, with each ADS representing five common domestic shares. Argentina's Loma Negra the announced terms for its IPO on Thursday. The company is planning a global offering and intends to list ADSs on the NYSE and ordinary shares on the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) under the symbol LOMA. The Buenos Aires-based company plans to raise US$751m by offering 44.2m ADSs (100 per cent insider) at a range of US$15-19 plus an additional US$102m by offering up to 30m new ordinary shares at a range of US$3.00-3.80 for a combined US$853m in total proceeds....

Argentine cement maker Loma Negra Corp has filed for an initial public offering, according to a SEC filing late Tuesday. "We believe that the economic recovery of Argentina represents one of the most attractive opportunities in global emerging markets today," the company said in the filing.
